This Privacy Policy explains how Millstone Elvar Limited (“Millstone Elvar”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We are committed to handling your information lawfully, transparently, and only as described here.
1. Who we are
Millstone Elvar Limited is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
- Registered in Ireland · Company No. 818210
- Office 2, 12A Lower Main Street, Lucan, Dublin, K78 X5P8, Ireland
- Email: enquiries@millstoneelvar.eu
2. What we collect
- Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your organisation (if provided), your email address, and the content of your message.
- Technical information. Our hosting and form providers may automatically log limited technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to deliver your message. We do not use this to build profiles or track you across sites.
3. How and why we use it
We use the information you submit solely to read and respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it. The legal bases are our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies and no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. Nothing is stored on your device, so no cookie consent is required.
5. Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf or as part of delivering this site:
- Web3Forms — receives and delivers contact-form submissions to us.
- GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) — hosts this website.
- Google Fonts (Google) — serves the site’s typefaces; your browser requests these font files from Google, which may receive your IP address.
Where any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep reasonable business records, after which it is deleted.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email enquiries@millstoneelvar.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
